E-REMOVE

E-REMOVE is a breakaway support filament designed for general engineering polymers (ABS, ASA, PETG, PLA, PP) and their composite-reinforced prints. Based on FFF/FDM technology, it becomes more brittle after printing and cooling, making support structures easy to snap away by hand. Strong layer adhesion keeps prototype structures stable during printing while still allowing clean, effortless support removal. Print temperatures are extrapolated from the general engineering polymer family as no manufacturer-specific values were published.
