Engineered for high-impact functional parts and heat-resistant components, ABS-CF 15% pairs the classic toughness and temperature resistance of industrial ABS with a 15% chopped carbon fiber loading. While standard ABS is notoriously prone to shrinkage and warping, the 15% carbon fiber reinforcement anchors the polymer matrix, drastically lowering thermal expansion. This results in superior printability, higher flexural modulus, excellent impact strength, and a rich, low-sheen matte finish that completely hides layer lines.
